Actors Company | 1st Year | Tuesday

Actors Company: Year 1 is the entry point into Hunter Drama’s most advanced training pathway for young performers.

This first year focuses on intensive skills development across acting, voice, movement and ensemble work, while introducing students to the demands and expectations of a professional rehearsal environment. Performers will explore devising and original theatre-making, building confidence as creative collaborators and storytellers.

Throughout the year, students will work both independently and alongside second-year Actors Company members in shared workshops and company experiences, developing strong rehearsal etiquette, focus and ensemble responsibility.

The year culminates in an end-of-year showcase of original work, devised and performed by the company, allowing each actor to apply their training in a fully realised performance context.

Actors Company is designed for performers who are highly motivated, curious and ready to commit fully to their growth as actors.
