Roald Dahl’s Fantastic Mr Fox

Hunter Drama has been synonymous with presenting Dahl’s most loved character on stage since 2007.

2019 will see Dahl’s ultimate showdown between farmer and vermin battled out live on the Playhouse stage.

With famous flourish, a vaguely criminal team of stooge farmers: “Boggis and Bunce and Bean. One fat, one short and one lean” wage war on a cunning band of frenzied colleges. Whatever their prowess as poultry farmers, their sole objective is the extermination of our hero–the noble, the clever, the Fantastic Mr. Fox! Outwitted at every turn, the farmer’s ploys backfire, for Mr Fox devises a plan which will ensure full stomachs for not only his family, but all his friends, who celebrate with a sumptuous feast.

Following the success of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in 2018, Hunter Drama will turn the Playhouse stage into the den and tunnels where Mr. Fox keeps his family one step ahead of those dreadful farmers.

Roald Dahl’s Fantastic Mr Fox will be the the perfect family adventure, sure to delight and provide tremendous spectacle for Dahl lovers, young and old!
