Vicky Ellis – Co-Tutor
Vicky is a passionate and enthusiastic performing arts educator with a strong foundation in drama and a commitment to inspiring young performers. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Primary Education at the University of Newcastle, where she also serves as Vice President of the university’s Drama Club. Since joining Hunter Drama as a student in 2019, Vicky has been deeply connected to the company, gaining valuable skills and insights through her drama courses. In 2023, she returned to share her expertise as an Assistant Tutor for Young Actors Program 2, 4 & 4, and 5 & 6, where she found immense joy in fostering creativity and confidence in young students. Vicky has contributed to various theatrical productions and events, including a successful Improv Night with the university’s Drama Club in 2024 and an ongoing theatre production in 2025. Her experience both on stage and behind the scenes enriches her teaching style, blending practical knowledge with a love for storytelling. In 2025, Vicky is thrilled to take on the role of Assistant Tutor for Hunter Drama’s Performance Troupe. She looks forward to mentoring students, helping them develop their craft, and watching their confidence soar as they explore the world of performing arts.
