Mikaela Whitehead – Tutor

Mikaela is a passionate and dedicated performing arts educator with a strong foundation in musical theatre. After completing a Bachelor of Music, majoring in Music Theatre at the Australian Institute of Music, & Advanced Diploma at Associated Studios, Mikaela has written and stared in two of her original Cabarets “Namaste Renae” and “Unapologetically Me”.

Mikaela has been teaching for 5 years all around the Hunter Valley. Mikaela has performed in various musicals and plays such as “Annie”, “Beauty & The Beast”, “Into the Woods”, “Shrek”, “Matilda”, “Picnic at Hanging Rock” & “Twelfth Night”.

Mikaela has worked for Hunter Drama since 2022 and teaches classes of all ages & provides one-on-one tutoring. Mikaela has tutored a large number of musical theatre classes and is thrilled to continue sharing her passion for performing with the students of Hunter Drama.
