FROM MERMAIDS TO DUNGEON MASTERS HUNTER DRAMA’S OCTOBER SCHOOL HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS
We’re back this October with another jam-packed school holiday program, filled with creativity, performance, and fun for students of all ages. With a mix of returning favourites and exciting new workshops, there’s never been a better time to step into the world of theatre and imagination.
MUSICAL IN A DAY & PLAY IN A DAY
For students in Years 2 to 6
Location: 144 Fern Street, Islington NSW 2296
Time: 10:00am – 3:00pm daily
Cost: $80 per day | Creative Kids Vouchers accepted
The ever-popular Musical in a Day and Play in a Day workshops return, offering students the chance to rehearse and perform a full show in just one day. Led by Hunter Drama tutors Abbey Fotheringham (musicals) and Ben Leighton (plays), these full-day workshops are the perfect mix of teamwork, creativity, and performance.

MASTER THE ART OF DUNGEONS & DRAGONS
Junior (Years 5 & 6) & Senior (High School)

Dates: Mon 29 Sept, Wed 1 Oct & Fri 3 Oct
Time: Junior 10:00am – 1:00pm | Senior 2:00pm – 5:00pm
Cost: $150 for all 3 sessions
Following a sold-out run in July, Hunter Drama’s immersive Dungeons & Dragons workshops return with more opportunities than ever before. Experienced Dungeon Master Dan Stranger will guide students through character creation, storytelling, and collaborative gameplay in a fun, small-group setting. Due to overwhelming demand, this October introduces a Junior D&D stream for Years 5 & 6 alongside the existing senior program. Places are limited to ten students for Juniors and ten students for Seniors.

This October, Hunter Drama is excited to launch Drama Specialty Workshops with teaching artist Evelyn Parkes. These fun and focused 90-minute sessions allow students to explore new skills in a supportive and creative environment.
