On completion of our online application you have agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Hunter Drama (HD) staff will supervise students in courses for 3-15 years in their breaks. These students will not be permitted to leave our venue. HD will only provide supervision of students during course hours. Students in courses for 15 to 18 years will not be supervised in breaks and are free to leave the venue, should they wish, to go to nearby shops and cafes.
  • All HD venues are non-smoking venues.
  • HD may take and use photographs and videos of course participants for promotional and archival purposes.
  • All material recorded during Hunter Drama courses, exercises and activities is the copyright of HD.
  • Participants may not publish recordings or upload on any social media website (audio, videos, or photos) of any activities at HD or other course venues.

  • Where recordings of class work are provided, this material remains the copyright of HD and can only be used by the participant for personal use; it may not be copied, sold, screened publicly or submitted to festivals or school projects.
  • To ensure your child gets the most out of their HD experience, we request that parents advise us at the time of booking if students have any learning difficulties or behavioral issues. This will assist us in the planning and preparation of our workshops.
  • Should HD staff deem necessary for an ambulance to be called the cost will be incurred by the participant or their guardian/parent.
  • Except for the under 5 years age group HD does not allow observation of classes by parents unless an open session has been organised. This gives young people the freedom to develop without the pressure of observation from adults.
  • HD uniform T-shirt and comfortable clothing should be worn for all classes. Do not wear skirts, dresses, thongs, sandals, hats or excessive jewelry.  Closed in flat shoes should be worn. Long hair should be worn tied back off your face.
  • Participants should organise their own lunch and snacks.
  • Our workshops and activities can often involve the development and exploration of physical skills such as running. These activities carry the risk of physical harm.
  • Our workshops also contain the development and exploration of activities that may involve your child coming in direct physical contact with the tutor and other students.
  • HD will not be held responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings whilst at classes.
  • HD reserves the right to make amendments to its program without prior notice either before or during a course or to cancel a course.
  • HD reserves the right to merge published structured age groups and structure the classes as required.
  • HD reserves the right to refuse any application as permitted by law or to request a participant to leave a course if they are disruptive, constantly late or have not paid their fees.
